Dark post-rock artist AA Williams will release her second album of original material, As The Moon Rests, on October 7 via Bella Union. Weighing in at 62 minutes of music, the follow-up to her acclaimed 2020 debut Forever Blue was recorded at London studio Clever Pup. The intensely dramatic lead track Evaporate emerged in June. “We had better equipment and more experience at hand [this time],” says Williams, who sang and played guitar and keyboards. “I was expecting to take a few recordings away after we’d finished, but the consensus was that everything was good, and worked as a collection.”
