I had the privilege to visit Peggy Porschen at the Peggy Porschen Academy, for my Inspiring Women series, read all about Peggy’s start in her cake career and the inspiration behind Peggy’s beautiful work onpage 32.
Gulnaz Mitchell has organised a stunning floral collaboration, I am truly in awe of their talent, each of the designers has included a short tutorial on how to make their chosen flower, go to page 35.
