According to the Journal of Medicine and Science in Sport and Exercise, ‘a cold environment can significantly enhance fat utilisation during endurance exercise’. In other words, when winter hits, get outside to burn more fat. Or find an accommodating local butcher and punch the crap out of some meat carcasses.
