MARATHON
For lots of runners, it’s an itch they just have to scratch. If you’ve set your heart on the big one, let RMR guide you through the miles
If you’ve never run before, start with the C25k plan in chapter two of the Run Mummy Run book. Ideally, you should progress from doing the C25K to the beginners’ 10K plan, and then the beginners’ half marathon plan before tackling this, as it’s wise to build up fitness and distance gradually.
