What is it?
Your ITB runs on the outside of your thigh from your pelvis to your lower leg, crossing both your hip and knee joints. ITB syndrome is an overuse injury that causes inflammation in the connective tissue. Pain frequently occurs on the outside of your knee on the bony section.
