Nicky Spinks has challenged how we think about ultrarunning, achieving what was once believed to be impossible. Nicky, known as Queen of the Fells, has achieved feats of endurance that are unthinkable to most ordinary runners. She holds the record for the Double Bob Graham Round (climbing 42 Lakeland fells twice – a total elevation of 54,000ftand a distance of 132 miles – in a time of 45 hours 30 minutes).
