Before I signed the contract for my first novel with Simon and Schuster, I’d had letters published in Writing Magazine, been featured in Under the Microscope with a short piece of my fiction, and I’d been a runner-up in a competition. So it is thrilling to return to the pages of Writing Magazine having made the leap from these earlier successes to published novelist!
