1. When and where did your journey as an author begin?
I was previously a physiotherapist, but I had to retire early for health reasons. I figured that if I couldn’t do the job I loved, I was going to follow my dreams. I joined the Romantic Novelists’ Association via their New Writers’ Scheme in 2010, had twins in 2013, then I received the Katie Fforde bursary in 2015. My first contract soon followed.
