Lynne Hackles
When I started writing I knew nothing. Joining a creative writing class seemed like a good idea and everything that was said there got soaked up by me.
It was because of that class that I sent out my first article into the world, and it was accepted. It was humour and my family were the inspiration. The same magazine bought the following ten family-related stories. Writing was easy, or so I thought. My early successes made me get rather blasé about it all. Hence, my next offering was rejected.
