Q I have just started writing as I have retired from my job as a primary school teacher. I always enjoyed writing when I was a child, but now I’m finding it difficult to get started! There are so many things I could write about and I start different projects then find I can’t go any further. Should I try children’s stories, an adult novel, a pantomime (I always arranged these for the children at the schools I taught at)? I feel I’m letting time slip by, without really achieving anything.
