Australian Country  |  28.4
Our travels begin at the very top of Australia where we meet Jeremy and Amy Trembath at their home on a farm just north of Katherine in the Northern Territory. The Trembaths are passionate regenerative farmers and as well as running cattle, they have also created a four-hectare organic vegetable garden. We also head to outback Queensland, where we meet a family who live and farm near Hughenden in the state’s north-west. And we travel to Robe on South Australia’s Limestone Coast to catch up with Paul and Mahalia Layzell, who run a coffee business that’s also a social enterprise supporting the people who grow the beans in far-flung parts of the globe. Our travel feature focuses on the Sapphire Coast of southern NSW and the issue is packed with gardening, design and decorating inspiration.
