GET READY TO WRAP

● We used 22cm diameter rice paper wrappers.

● Once soaked, work carefully to prevent the rice paper wrappers scrunching up into balls.

● Use large lettuce leaves instead of rice paper wrappers, if you prefer.

● For extra flavour, sprinkle chopped fresh dill, lime zest or ground pepper over the filling before rolling.
