The Opening Up Digital Fictions Writing Competition invites entries of popular fiction created to be read in a digital medium and read by mainstream audiences.
The competition is being run by Sheffield Hallam University and Bangor University as part of the Reading Digital Fiction project.
Entries should consist of work that relies on its digital format to convey the fictional content, meaning that the reading experience should involve digital interactivity. Examples of digital fiction can be hypertexts, text-adventure games, multimedia stories, interactive video, literary games and some kinds of app.
