Openreach’s app ‘cuts missed appointments by 30%’
Openreach has claimed a new app that lets customers change the time of engineer visits has cut missed appointments by 30 per cent.
Previously, customers could only change appointments by sending their preferred date by text message, and then wait for a confirmation text.
