How do I free up space on my hard drive?
Q I often see a message telling me that my PC is running out of storage space. The C drive has only 50MB of its 102GB free, while my D drive has 890GB free out of 931GB. Running Storage Sense in Windows doesn’t seem to make much difference – I sometimes gain the odd gigabyte or two, but it doesn’t last long. There are quite a few apps on my C drive, but the Move command is greyed out, and individually they don’t seem very large. I don’t even know what some of these apps are or why they’re there. Can you give me some advice please?
