Can I recognise faces in thousands of wedding photos?
Q I need to sift through thousands of photos stored in my Pictures folder. They were all taken at weddings over the past few decades. The same people appear in many of them. Is there a way of recognising the same faces that would then help me categorise the photos? I can’t afford expensive AI software.

A Thankfully, digiKam now does this for free download it from www.digikam.org. When you install digiKam make sure you leave the default settings as they are – this ensures digiKam will work with photos stored in your Pictures library.
