Sky finally upgrades reader stuck on 20Mbps
Sky has finally upgraded Mark Hazell’s broadband after he was stuck on 20Mbps for far too long (see Issue 723).
When he left BT for Sky last year he signed up for 67Mbps. But Sky then said he couldn’t get more than 20Mbps because of the old copper cables in his area. Had that been the case then it shouldn’t have taken Mark’s business, but Sky’s claim was complete nonsense.
