What’s the best simple alternative to Audacity?
Q Inspired by Issue 726’s How To on replacing the complicated GIMP with the easier (and now free) Affinity Photo, I’m seeking a similarly simple alternative to Audacity (www.audacityteam.org). I need to edit loads of audio files (music and spoken word) for a genealogy project, but Audacity baffles me. What’s a good replacement that’s easier to use? I might also need to record my own voice into the program.
