Buildings toppling over backwards looks dramatic but it might not be the effect you want
Point a lens up at a tall building and the verticals will converge. Pro architecture photographers use a perspective control lens, or tilt-shift lens, to correct the effect but such optics are expensive and there’s a limited choice. A few cameras have in-body perspective correction that works on jpegs.
