On TikTok, memory and videogame aesthetics collide
Moofju’s work exists somewhere in the twilight zone where games, photography and film come together. The video clips posted by the digital artist on their TikTok channel (@moofju) are vignettes from an imagined city, its squat, angular concrete buildings, thick smog and perpetual dusk dressed in the appealingly chunky abstraction of PS1-era graphics.
