ROVERS' EVANS EAGER FOR MORE ACTION
FEATHERSTONE ROVERS winger Kyle Evans is ready to build on his two-try club debut against Swinton.
The bright early-season form of Luke Briscoe and Gareth Gale meant the 32-year-old Wales World Cup star had to bide his time for an opportunity after joining during the close-season. Ex-rugby union player Evans, who made three appearances, scoring one try, in Super League for Wakefield last season after signing a short-term deal in June, helped Sean Long's side beat the Lions 34-6 at Heywood Road to chalk up a sixth win in six league games (Gale grabbed his eighth try of the term).
