raft is a multi-platform application that combines different kinds of functionality found in various writing, note-taking, calendar and to-do apps. It’s free to try with a few limitations, then fairly inexpensive to subscribe to if you want all the bells and whistles. But does it provide more than the free apps you may already own?
Craft takes its own approach to content creation and a quick spin through the intro videos is helpful if you’re new to the app. At the top level you have Documents, which are a canvas into which you can place all sorts of things. Every piece of content from text to images, lists and links is known as a “block” and is editable within a document.
