How can you keep your iPhone cool?
If your iPhone is overheating, there are some measures you can take. The first is to ensure it’s not being exposed to temperatures exceeding 45ºC (113ºF) – so take it out of a hot car or out of direct sunlight. You can also prevent your iPhone from working too hard. Open the Settings app, select General, tap Background App Refresh and limit the number of apps that update when you’re not using them.
