Apple brings iOS 27 style to iPad and Apple
While iOS 27 is the star of the show this
year, Apple has also upgraded the operating system for your iPad and Apple Watch – and as with the iPhone, it means there are different system requirements if you want Apple Intelligence features. Apple Intelligence requires an Apple Watch SE3, Series 9, Ultra 2 or later, while on iPad it requires an M-series chip and customising Siri requires an M4 or better. Apple Intelligence brings the full Siri to your Watch via your iPhone, enabling you to leverage its iPhone smarts to ask things like “what’s the door code for my Airbnb?” or commands such as “play the song Sophie sent me”. It can also answer questions without telling you to go and get your iPhone.
