A blast from the macOS past
APP OF THE MONTH
Do you miss the macOS stylings of yesteryear? Liquid Glass just not to your taste? If that’s the case, try RetroMac. With a few simple clicks, it can restyle your Mac’s interface to any number of classic looks from Apple’s lauded design past.
It’s customisable, and you add as much or as little as you like with your macOS makeover. That might mean a simple shader that overlays your modern interface with retro CRT, VHS or LCD effects. At the other end of the spectrum is a full Mac takeover, affecting everything from screensavers and the startup screen to the Dock and Aqua-style elements.
