BT HAS marked for removal the two Taynuilt village phone boxes in Main Street and Achlonan.

The consultation period for people making comments finishes on September 22 and anyone wishing to do so should phone Argyll and Bute Council’s planning department on 01546 605518.

Taynuilt Community Council has agreed to request adoption of the Main Street kiosk for a community purpose and Argyll and Bute Council’s planning department has been informed of the wish to maintain the box.
