Longtime Ulver collaborator reunites with one of his earliest loves: folk.
Håvard Jørgensen emerged as part of the early 90s Norwegian black metal scene, initially as a member of Satyricon then as part of Ulver as they gradually transformed from snarling malcontents into one of music’s most ambitious and experimental bands. With the latter, he’s journeyed through metal, folk, industrial, post-rock and synthpop as both a fulltime guitarist and, more latterly, an on-off auxiliary member.
