Perfect form Slouching when you run
If you have bad posture from too much sitting you could have bad running technique, too
GOOD HABITS
Sitting, standing and running with uplight posture benefits both health and fitness
Do you spend most of your average day glued to a laptop, desktop computer or another digital device? If the answer is yes, then you’re probably slouching over when you run too – without noticing it. Sitting causes your shoulders to roll forward within the shoulder socket. Combined with looking down at the screen, your head starts to move forward too, and even though you might not have any pain it will be influencing your running in a negative way.
