What do you do when your training gets derailed? I can tell you what I’ve done, and let me assure you it is nothing as positive or proactive as Gill Bland suggests on page 32. Gill was thrown a succession of curveballs, and how she reacted to them, and adjusted her training mindset in light of them, is something I want etched in my mind for the future when something inevitably crops up.
