What do you normally eat?
I have a simple, portion-controlled weekly vegetarian meal plan
consisting of vegetables, quorn products and potatoes or pasta. My husband is a talented cook and he makes amazing dishes out of simple ingredients. I make my own vegetable soups which are brilliant when I feel like snacking, which has been such a problem during the last year of lockdowns. On highvolume training days, I have a protein drink and extra fruit portions.
