GOING OFF-PISTE
Gillian Harvey’s piece, Not what it says on the tin (Under the covers, WM Jan) rang so true to me. She was telling my story.
I’ve self-published two books but they don’t neatly fit into any genre. If forced, I opt for ‘women’s fiction’ which is something of a blanket. A cop-out, I feel.
