At Bay Press
At Bay Press is an independent, awardwinning Canadian publisher. Each year the team publish three to five handmade, limited edition titles.
Specialist in approach, they are definitely a literary publisher, publishing literary fiction and literary non-fiction, especially poetry. They will publish carefully selected ‘literary mysteries, thrillers, and noir’ but the emphasis is on literary.
Manuscript submissions are through CanSubmit. This will be a new system to non-Canadians. There are detailed instructions at the website. Submit a one page cover letter. Detail who the writer is and why submitting to At Bay Press. List relevant publication credits. Include a one page synopsis of the manuscript. If submitting fiction, non-fiction, and graphic novels include the full completed manuscript.
