Advice for an alien
Oliver Jeffers announced the winners of Transform Trust’s children’s writing competition.
More than 6,000 pupils from Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire took part in the competition The theme came from Oliver’s book Here We Are: Notes for Living on Planet Earth, which he wrote during lockdown to make sense of it all for his new baby. In response, Transform Trust created a Transform alien called Tralis, and invited school children to write letters of advice if he decided to visit Earth.
