”We are pictured here with Clark Datchler the day after seeing Johnny Hates Jazz play in Poole on 5 October. We had a lovely chat with him as we were staying in the same hotel, a very genuine and good natured gentleman. The concert was great, smaller venues make it much more intimate. The band played all the hits and really seemed to be enjoying themselves, which was good to see as the tour was coming to an end. We’re planning to see them again at the Indigo at the O2 on 19 December, too, for their Christmas special.”
