This shot was taken on a Nikon Z 8, but you can expect the same kind of pictorial quality and colour treatment from the Z 6III.

Decision time: Nikon Z 8 or Z 6III?
Q I have a Nikon D810 and am trying to decide whether to upgrade to a Z 6III and Z 24-120mm lens, or a Z 8 body on its own. Do you have any suggestions?
Frankie Holmes
A That’s a tough choice. The Z 8 is relatively chunky and features Nikon’s more ‘pro-style’ layout of controls, which will feel a more seamless progression from your D810. Its high-res
46MP stacked image sensor plays a starring role, which pays dividends if you want to create super-sized photo prints while retaining the utmost in fine detail and texture. It also allows really aggressive levels of creative cropping.
