Plans to build a river hydro scheme near the site of the Massacre of Glencoe look to be going ahead, despite concerns from residents, writes Neill Bo Finlayson.
The hydro scheme developer Glen Hydro, part of vento ludens Ltd, said that because no statutory consultees had formally objected to the plans, the planning application was now awaiting approval from Highland Council.
A public meeting took place last week (Wednesday January 23) about the proposals following a backlash from the community.
