Plans to transform the former golf course in Portree into a luxury camping pod resort hotel have been given the green light by Highland Council.
Councillors granted planning permission for the ambitious project, which will see 27 luxury en-suite ‘glamping’ pods being installed on the site of the former golf course in Portree, providing what the developers describe as an ‘ecological resort hotel’.
