EILIDH DOYLE believes she will need to run a big personal best to fulfill her Olympic medal ambitions.
Currently with a personal 400m hurdles PB of 54.22 from 2013, the Scot (below) feels at least 0.23 will need to be shaved off her time to make the podium.
