The fit
The Novablast 3 fits true to size. The toe box has plenty of room and the upper knit is very comfortable; snug but not restrictive while running. The heel area is really well padded and the shoe feels secure at all times.
The comfort
These were comfortable straight out of the box and are extremely bouncy. From the first time you wear them, you appreciate the cushioning. Quckly, they become a pair you can wear for both easy runs and long runs.
How do they differ from their previous version?
The most important update is really in the foam that comprises the midsole. The FF Blast Plus foam is specifically designed to offer a ‘bouncy running experience’, which you notice straightaway. The Novablast 3 is also lighter and looks sexier than the Novablast 2. In comparison, my Novablast 2s were not as secure on the foot as these, and always felt like they might be a half size too big.
