HALIFAX extended their unbeaten sequence in away games against Dewsbury to eight stretching back to 2014 to bolster their play-off bid and compound their hosts’ relegation worries.
Both sides were forced into late changes for a game which marked another loss for new Rams coach Liam Finn, who was previously assistant to Simon Grix at the Panthers.
Halifax fullback James Woodburn-Hall injured his leg in the warmup, so Joe Martin stepped up off the bench and Brandon Moore took the vacant bench spot for his 150th club appearance.
