EDINBURGH EAGLES snared the SCOTTISH LEAGUE title with a 48-24 victory over FORTH VALLEY VIKINGS in the Grand Final at Grangemouth RUFC. The result hinged on a defining spell just before the break in which the Eagles posted two converted tries to turn a 12-8 advantage into a comfortable 24-8 lead. Edinburgh closed with a hat-trick for Craig Robertson, while there was a double Bill Rokobuli.
