Having just been snapped up by Canva, Serif’s popular suite of design apps has been updated to version 2.4, and this brings a range of new features to Affinity Photo, Designer and Publisher.
Among the new features is the introduction of Layer States to Designer and Publisher. Instead of hiding individual layers when switching artboards, you can use the new States Panel to manage everything. Beyond that, Affinity Designer now supports DWG and DXF exports for architects, there are improvements to object selection tools, and all three apps get an Alignment Options panel to reduce the hassle of lining up elements with different aspect ratios and dimensions.
