BOSH! have been one of the real success stories of the vegan movement going mainstream. The school chums turned cooking superstars have taken the social media scene by storm with their vibrant and easily accessible cookery videos over recent years, and now Henry Firth and Ian Theasby are taking their food inspiration to print, with the release of their debut cookbook.
The reported six-figure book deal will be hitting stores in April, but has already been causing quite the stir on bestseller lists thanks to the pair’s loyal crowd of followers. We got the chance to catch up with Henry and Ian to find out more about the release, to discuss their new best pal Gary Barlow and to hear their message for others who are inspired by the BOSH! story.
