PATHOLOGY lab workers at a private biomedical testing company serving multiple NHS hospitals in London won a significant pay rise after going on strike last month. Health Services Laboratory (HSL) also agreed to further involvement from trade union Unite to examine issues over workload and patient safety in fulfilling any new large contracts.
