The popularity of CrossFit has exploded over the past decade with boxes (don’t call them gyms) popping up all over the place. Workouts use your whole body and involve strength, high-intensity intervals, endurance and more. The focus is on functional fitness, so while you lift traditional weights such as barbells and kettlebells, you’ll also flip tyres and lift sandbags.
