If you enjoy running for the chance to get outside in the fresh air, wild swimming might be something you’d enjoy. Wild swimming is basically going for a swim on any body of water that isn’t a pool. So rivers, lakes, ponds, lochs and the sea all come under the term ‘wild swimming’.
