Prevent shin splints?
One of the most common injuries for runners, shin splints can have serious consequences if not managed properly. How can you ensure a full recovery?
If you’ve been running for at least a few months or so, you’ve probably worked out already that there are as many injuries as there are runners. It’s almost impossible to guarantee you stay running injury free but at least with some issues, including shin splints, you can take action to get yourself back out and running.
