The Award, which is one of the most prestigious for a single short story and is being produced in partnership with Cambridge University, has a first prize of £15,000. Four shortlisted authors each receive £600, and all five are published in a Comma Press anthology. This year’s chair of judges are James Runcie and Kate Thistleton.
