In springtime, people often think about redecorating and extending their living spaces, or at least having a good clear out, so it isn’t surprising that Old Stuff Day falls at the beginning of March. Old Stuff Day doesn’t necessarily mean getting rid of things you don’t need any more – it’s a day for noticing your old stuff and deciding what you want to do with it. Some things you might want to cherish forever, but others you definitely don’t.
You can stick to the physical objects in your home or extend the idea to notice the things you have been doing the same way for years. Have you had the same hairstyle forever – could you maybe try a new one? Do you walk the same route with your dog every day?
