Enter the royal reading room
On 1 January, on the Prince of Wales’ website and on Instagram, Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall announced a new initiative called The Duchess of Cornwall’s Reading Room, dedicated to the celebration of literature in all its forms, and intended to be a hub for literary communities around the world. The project builds on the success of two reading lists HRH released last year and began with a further four book recommendations and a short film in which The Duchess talks to author and artist Charlie Mackesy to talk about his book, The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse.
